What do we do with the information we gather?

Email addresses & phone numbers are used to audit customer satisfaction, treatment outcomes & quality of service or for appointment & service changes. 

We do not use your details for direct marketing. 

Physiotherapy notes are stored in Dropbox. Paper versions are stored in a locked room & filing cabinet. Medical reports are only sent with signed consent via email, with the document password protected. 

Payment transactions are processed using SSL through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin. Appointments are processed at Appointedd (Saloca Limited), 23 Lauriston Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9DQ.

Online identifiers and cookies are used to streamline your visit to the website. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
